Audiovisual equipment hire in and around Hillegom

In our online rental shop you will find everything you need for a successful party, corporate event, conference or festival. From a wireless microphone for a speech to a complete line-array system, and from a mirror ball to a full light show with moving heads. We only rent out top brands such as Pioneer DJ, dB Technologies, Allen & Heath, Sennheiser, ADJ, V-Show and DuraTruss, and we test everything after every use.

What can you rent from us?

  • Sound: sound sets, individual speakers, mixing desks and (wireless) microphones.
  • Lighting: moving heads, LED spots, lasers, mirror balls, theatre and outdoor lighting and lighting desks.
  • DJ gear and DJ booths: Pioneer DJ sets, mixers and stylish booths with LED lighting.
  • Video: projectors, projection screens and TV screens.
  • Special effects: confetti, CO2, smoke, haze, bubbles and snow.
  • Stage and rigging: stage decks, truss, stands and hoists.
  • Cables and production equipment: power distribution, party tents, heaters and cable mats.
  • Photo booth: the Beauty Mirror XL with instantly printed photos.

How renting from ENTERTAINIT! works

You pay per day of use, excluding VAT. Pick-up and return may be on a different day than your event. Renting for longer gets you a tiered discount: 2 days cost 1.5×, 3 days 2×, 4 days 2.5× and 5 days 3× the day price.

You choose how you rent: pick it up from our warehouse on Marconistraat in Hillegom, have it delivered, have it installed by our technicians, or choose full service and let us take care of all the technology for your event. Read more on AV rental.

How do I book equipment?

Do the prices include VAT?

The prices are per day of use and exclude VAT. For each product you can also see the price including VAT.

Can you deliver and set up the equipment?

Yes. We deliver in the Bulb Region, Haarlem, Leiden and elsewhere in the Randstad, and our technicians can set everything up, test it and take it down again afterwards.

I am not sure exactly what I need. Can you help?

Certainly. Tell us what you are organising, for how many guests and where. Then together we will put together a suitable set.
