Production equipment

Production equipment hire for your event

Sound and lighting get most of the attention, but an event also depends on everything around it. A dry spot for the technology outside, a warm tent in spring, cables that run safely across the floor and an internet connection that keeps working. You simply rent that kind of production equipment from us as well.

What can you rent from us?

• Party tents and FOH tent: professional aluminium Easy Up tents in black, 3 × 3 and 3 × 6 metres. Waterproof and wind-resistant, ideal as a FOH position for the technology or as a cover for the DJ.
• Heaters: the Eurom Golden 1800W heater for a terrace or tent.
• Cable mats and ramps: an 8-metre rubber cable mat and 2-channel cable ramps, so nobody trips over your cables.
• Other: anthracite carpet tiles, ADJ Event Facades in white and black, a black backdrop, a MicroCue2 presentation clicker with laser and a Teltonika 4G router as a (backup) connection for livestreams.

Tip: always build dry outdoors

Is your sound or DJ booth outside? Then put the technology under a party tent and lay your power and signal cables under a cable mat. That way your event can withstand a shower and everything stays safe. Rent the power cables and outdoor lighting at the same time.

Price per day of use with tiered discount

You pay per day of use, excluding VAT. Renting for longer does not simply add up: 2 days cost 1.5×, 3 days 2×, 4 days 2.5× and 5 days 3× the day price.
