Tell us everything about your party.

We are delighted you chose us! Wedding, birthday, anniversary or corporate party: with your answers the DJ (and the musician, if booked) prepares the party down to the last detail. From the first guest to the very last song.

Filling it in takes about 10 minutes. Do it as soon as your schedule for the day is settled, no later than 2 weeks before the party. Not sure about something yet? Choose Not sure yet, and we will go through it together.

Handy to have at hand

  • Your schedule or run sheet for the day
  • Name and phone number of your contact person, such as a master of ceremonies or organiser
  • Address and loading spot of the venue
  • Your favourite songs or Spotify playlist
  • Special moments, such as a first dance, entrance or speech

A few practical arrangements, so you do not have to think about anything on the day itself.

Payment

You will receive the invoice about two weeks before the party. The full amount must be in our account no later than one day before.

Meal for the crew

For an evening party we are often setting up from 17:30. That is why we ask for a meal for the crew, usually two people.

Loading and parking

We arrive with a van full of equipment. A loading spot close to the entrance and a parking space for the whole evening save a lot of time. You do not need to arrange a parking permit for us.

Set-up and take-down

Setting up takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Ideally everything is ready before the first guests arrive.

We arrange the technical matters with the venue ourselves. You do not need to do anything for that.

A week before the party you can call the DJ to go through the final details. You can indicate this below.

1. You and your contact person

On the day itself you want to enjoy, not make phone calls. That is why we also ask who will keep everything on track on the day.

2. The venue

So we arrive on time, with the right equipment and without surprises.

Is your venue listed? Then we already know it and you do not need to fill in anything else here.
Not sure exactly? Write what you know, and we will check the rest with the venue. You do not need to arrange a parking permit for us.
How do we get the equipment into the party room? *
Our equipment cannot be carried up stairs. Only via stairs? Give us a call on +31 252 272 400 and we will find a solution together.
Does the venue have a sound limiter? *
May a hazer be used? *
A hazer creates a fine, almost invisible mist that makes the light beams visible. Smoke detectors can react to it, which is why not every venue allows it. Not sure? Then we will check.
Setting up takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on your package.

3. The programme

With your schedule the DJ knows when the music stays in the background and when the dance floor can open.

Are there speeches, games or other performances? *

Then we will match the lighting to it.
We are always neatly and festively dressed. With a dress code, we are happy to adapt.

4. The music

Your DJ weaves your favourites into his own experience and reads the room. The better we know your taste, the fuller the dance floor.

Up to 20 songs is enough. The DJ makes sure they come along at the right moment.
May guests make requests?

5. The special moments

A first dance, an entrance or an award ceremony needs to be right first time. Tell us exactly how you picture it.
